Be sure to strongly hold the contraction for around 10 seconds. While this exercise is not as easy as it sounds it helps with controlling premature ejaculation.

The next exercise I'm going to share with you has a comical name - Wally Wally ups. When performing this exercise you need to be sitting at the edge of a toilet seat or a chair. With an erect penis hang a small towel over it and then simply contract your penis muscles so that the erection stands against the towel resistance. Hold that position for approximately 5 seconds. Perform up to ten repetitions of this exercise for up to 5 sets. This exercise works by strongly contracting the IC and BC muscle group. As you get more powerful at performing this exercise you may want to wet the towel or even use a larger towel.
